2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to facilitate loan applications, check credit scores, match you with suitable financial products, and communicate with you about offers. We may also use your data for analytics and service improvement.
3. Data Sharing
We share your data with our lending partners and financial institutions only with your explicit consent for the purpose of processing your loan or credit application. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

We implement industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect your personal information. Your data is handled in accordance with RBI digital lending guidelines.
5. Cookies & Tracking
We use different categories of cookies. Essential cookies keep you signed in, secure your session, and remember preferences — these are always active. With your consent, we also use analytics cookies (to understand how our site is used, including the session recording described in section 6) and marketing cookies (to measure our advertising on platforms such as Google and Meta). On your first visit a consent banner lets you Accept or Decline non-essential cookies; all non-essential cookies stay disabled by default until you accept. You can change your choice at any time by clearing the consent cookie or disabling cookies in your browser settings.
6. Session Recording
If you accept analytics cookies, we record how our pages are used — the pages you open, how you scroll and click, and the point at which you leave — so we can find where people get stuck and fix it. A recording is a reconstruction of the web page, not video or audio: we never access your camera, microphone or any other application. What you type is masked at the moment of capture — your PAN, income, phone number, OTP and other form entries are recorded only as dots (••••) and never as the actual characters — and your credit score is masked wherever it appears. We record only our public pages and the application journey; your account area, including your applications, credit score history and payments, is never recorded. Recordings are stored on our own servers in India, can be viewed only by authorised RupeeQuik staff, and are never sold or shared with third parties. They are deleted automatically 90 days after they are made. If you decline analytics cookies you are not recorded at all, and if you withdraw your consent we erase that session's recording immediately. You can ask us to delete your recordings at any time at privacy@rupeequik.com.
